Regular job.
Deliberate money.
I'm Dyl — an everyday Australian documenting my own financial system. I work a regular job, I'm not wealthy, and I'm currently completing a finance and financial planning degree. My credibility comes from being in the process, not at the end of it.

I didn't grow up with money conversations at the dinner table. Like most Australians, I started earning and spending without much of a system. Then I started paying attention.
I realised wealth isn't about income level — it's about what you do with what you have, and how early you start. $100 a week invested at 25 is worth dramatically more than $200 a week invested at 35. That's not motivation, that's maths.
So I built a system. Low-cost ETFs, automated contributions, an offset account working hard on the mortgage. Nothing complicated. Now I'm documenting it so people on average incomes can see that it's actually possible.
